Q: StepUp & StepUp II: "Does it have a sealer on the top step? Do I need to seal it or will it hold-up as is?"
A: There are two coats of polyurethane on all of the exterior surfaces and one coat of poly + 1 coat of paint over the interior surfaces, so there should not be any need to seal it and it should be OK with splashing water, etc. I have had one in my bathroom for my kids (6 & 4) to use for months I have had no problems with it!
